If you rent this home, there is a reservation fee of $75. (This fee is refundable if you choose to clean the house yourself upon departure and there are no major damages, or with 2 days notice in case of emergency.) You may pay with a credit card, direct transfer, or Pay-Pal account via Pay-Pal. Payment in full is expected prior to your stay. Upon confirmation of your dates, you will receive TWO invoices by email. One will contain an invoice for your deposit and will be payable within 24 hours of making the reservation. The second will be for the remainder of your payment, and is due 24 hours before the date of occupancy. These invoices will include a link that will allow you to pay them (via Pay Pal) by Pay Pal, credit card, or direct transfer from your savings or checking account. You will also receive an email with directions to and instructions for the use of this property.

As stated above, we offer you the option to clean the house yourself in order to keep your expenses to a minimum. (The email you will receive will tell you what needs to be done for cleaning.) If you choose to have the cabin cleaned for you or there are any major damages, the reservation fee will not be refunded, and we will use it to pay for cleaning, repairs or to replace any damaged property.

This house can easily sleep 6 people in beds, and it has 2 reclining chairs and 2 couches that will sleep 4 more. There is also a queen sized air mattress and pump located in the hall closet that will sleep 2 more. If you intend to bring more than 12 people, such as a youth group or a large family, we recommend that you bring blankets/sleeping bags/pillows and air mattresses.
